Your work has already begun or been completed and you need to cancel for some reason..
Due to our projects being very time consuming, skilled, and resource hungry, we will not be able to offer any refund.

If however in the unlikely event that we are unable to complete the work for your business, you will receive a full refund at our earliest opportunity.
